-1 egg

-1 tbsp of cocoa powder

-1/2 silk banana

-3 tbsp oats (flaked or flour)

-3 tbsp of milk

-1 tsp of baking powder

-Honey or sweetener to taste


-Banana, strawberries, peanut butter or toppings of your choice for garnish



-Beat the egg and mix with the banana, cocoa, oatmeal, baking powder and milk.

-Integrate the ingredients well until you have a homogeneous mixture.

-Take to the microwave for 1-2 minutes.

-Serve with banana, strawberries and peanut butter
