-1tz of cow or vegetable milk

-1 / 2 tsp coconut oil

-1 / 2 tsp turmeric powder

-1 / 4 tsp ground cinnamon

-1 / 4 tsp.kion powder or cardamom powder

-1 pinch of black pepper

-1 pinch of cloves

-1 tsp of honey or sweetener to taste



-In a pot heat the coconut oil and add the spices: turmeric, pepper, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom or kion and stir.

-Add the milk and heat while moving with a spoon. Try not to boil.

-Remove from heat and sweeten with honey

-Serve and decorate with cinnamon powder
