OAT WITH CAROB

INGREDIENTS

-1 / 2tz oatmeal

-1 tbsp of carob powder

-1 / 2tz vegetable milk

-Water to taste

-1 tbsp chia

-Cinnamon

-Strawberries, kiwi, seeds or toppings of your choice

 

PREPARATION

-Cook the oats in a pot with the vegetable milk, carob, cinnamon and chia. Add water if necessary and boil to the desired consistency.

-Serve with fruits of your choice, this time strawberries and kiwi were used, as well as seeds.
