RICE WITH BROCCOLI, CORK AND TURMERIC

INGREDIENTS

-1tz of uncooked rice

-1tz of chopped broccoli

-1 / 2tz of shelled corn

-1 / 2 tsp turmeric

-1.5tz of water

-1 tbsp of oil

-1 clove garlic

-Salt and pepper to taste

 

PREPARATION

-In a pot, heat the oil and brown the garlic.

-Then add the rice, water, broccoli, corn, turmeric, salt and pepper.

-Let it cook over medium heat until the rice is grained and serve.
